In the heart of the village of La Flotte, near the market, the port and the beach, relax in this beautiful villa completely redecorated in 2018, designed for your comfort.
Bright and comfortable, the villa on the ground floor has quality equipment and a careful decoration.
A large main room welcomes the living room with its 108 cm flat-screen TV; a dining room for 8 people (oak table and KARTELL chairs designed by designer Philippe Stark) and a kitchen open to the living room. The back kitchen houses washing machines and dryers.
With 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate up to 6 people and a baby comfortably.- Bedroom 1 overlooking the pool: 1 bed of 160 cm - flat-screen TV - separate dressing room - private bathroom (WC, sink, walk-in shower)
- Bedroom 2 overlooking the central patio: 2 beds of 90 cm - equipped wardrobes.
- Bedroom 3 overlooking the reception courtyard: 1 bed of 160 cm - cupboards.
A reading room, independent of the living room, allows you to read a book in a quiet place or install a baby cot if necessary.
An independent bathroom, located between the two bedrooms (2 and 3), has a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a sink.
Independent toilets are also located at the entrance of the house.
You have a reception courtyard that allows you to park two cars and your bicycles under a large awning. You will also find an enamelled cast iron gas plancha (ENO brand).
Secured by a railing, the upper terrace will allow you to have your meals in front of the pool with your children. A portal gives access to the pool terrace.
The large south-facing terrace, with its heated swimming pool (8x4m) and secured by a submerged shutter, will offer you relaxation and well-being. Depending on the outdoor temperature, the pool is heated from April 1 to September 30 (28°C).
Outdoor furniture, from the manufacturer FERMOB, has been selected for their aesthetics and comfort.
The central patio will also welcome you for a coffee and allows the villa to benefit from multiple exposure and therefore to be very bright.
